Duties

Public relations take the intermediary role between the media and the company, establishing a good image brand for the company and disseminating information to the public. Their main tasks are as follow:

  • Conduct business planning, liaison and communication with clients
  • Develop promotional strategies and provide advice for clients
  • Write press releases and related materials, and provide information for different media
  • Liaise and maintain relationships with the media, including publishing press releases and scheduling interviews, etc
  • Plan and manage various public relations activities, such as arranging staff at the venue, inviting and receiving media, etc
Working hours

About 50-60 hours a week, working hours are long and irregular

Working environment

Generally work in the industrial and commercial building, may require field work at different venues when necessary

Duties

The  event coordinator focuses on the entire activity process and is responsible for arranging materials, manpower and control scenes. An event involves different aspects  each time, potentially different variables and emergencies, therefore the event coordinator has to have high resilience to deal with emergencies. Their main tasks are as follows:

  • Plan and understand the event, prepare and arrange the sequence of the event
  • Responsible for the process of scheduling activities, arranging resources, controlling scenes and crisis management, etc
  • Handle unexpected situations and provide advice and solutions for customers
